Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 15, 2026

Playsheet, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates playsheet.tech and the Playsheet application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).

Team and business data. Everything you enter into Playsheet (prospects, contacts, sponsorship inventory, deals, tasks, goals, schedules) is stored in our database and belongs to your organization.

Payment information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number. Stripe handles that directly under their own privacy policy.

Usage data. We collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the service running and diagnose problems. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous usage data. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve Playsheet. Specifically:

To operate your account and deliver the service you signed up for. To send transactional emails (password resets, teammate invitations, fulfillment notifications). To process payments through Stripe. To fix bugs and improve performance. To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your business data to train machine learning models.

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate Playsheet:

Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data that passes through their infrastructure.

Cookies

Playsheet uses cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookie services.

Data security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Our database enforces row-level security so each team's data is isolated from every other team. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

Data ownership and deletion

Your business data belongs to your organization. If you cancel your account, you may request a full export of your data. After cancellation, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. If you want to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us and we will process it within 30 days.

Children

Playsheet is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or through the application before the changes take effect.
