These terms govern your use of Playsheet, operated by Playsheet, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Playsheet is a B2B software-as-a-service platform for minor league and independent sports team front offices. It provides CRM, sponsorship management, task tracking, scheduling, and related tools.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person per account. Accounts are not transferable.
You own your data. Everything you enter into Playsheet (prospects, contacts, deals, inventory, documents) belongs to your organization. We do not claim any ownership or license over your business data.
You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display your data solely to operate the service for you. We will not access your data except to provide support you request, fix technical issues, or comply with law.
Use Playsheet for its intended purpose: managing your sports team's front office operations. Do not use Playsheet to store or transmit illegal content, send spam, attempt to access other teams' data, reverse-engineer the software, or resell access to the platform.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. If your payment fails, we will attempt to collect for 14 days before suspending your account. Your data is preserved during suspension.
Founding customer pricing ($99/month) is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of your first payment.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, we will refund the full amount.
After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. You may request an export during that window. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
We work to keep Playsheet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, though we will do our best to resolve issues quickly and communicate openly when problems occur.
Playsheet is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Playsheet's software, design, and branding are owned by Playsheet, LLC. Your subscription gives you a license to use the service. It does not give you ownership of the software or the right to copy, modify, or redistribute it.
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the application at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
